Recipe: Passion Fruit Mousse
Brazil is so warm right now
that this is nice around this time of year.
Directions:
Use the can as your measure
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of double cream or vaporized cream
1 can of natural (nothing added) passion fruit juice (aprox 250 ml) or the juice of about 3 to 5 passion fruits (seedless, put through a strainer)
Save the seeds for later (own taste)
Leave the vaporized can in the freezer for about 30 minutes to separate the liquid from the cream and throw the liquid away.
Put the creme, the condensed milk and the juice in the blender and leave it till it gets very blended.
Serve it in a bowl or small bowls and put it in the fridge for about 3 to 5 hours.
DONE AND DONE
