The Authority has projects for:
1) Strengthening the citizenship of children and adolescents
Guided by the Convention on the Rights of the Child and Adolescent and the Child and Adolescent. His focuses are:
Health and Nutrition: curative and preventive health (including STD / AIDS) and actions aimed at improving food and nutrition situation of children and adolescents, actions to combat malnutrition and anemia caused by hunger or malnutrition.

Area of operation of Entity: The Human Rights Commission, is headquartered in Santa Izabel Leper Colony, city of Betim, Minas Gerais, developed since 1986, a work of assistance and support to victims of human rights violations. We operate in the fight against all forms of violence, promoting inclusion initiatives, promotion and protection of sensitive populations, such as impoverished families, children and adolescents at risk, the elderly, drug addicts, people with disabilities, victims of institutional violence and women victims of, among others.
We seek to develop social activities in the community, which aims to build children and young people living in social risk, ways that can transform their everyday lives, surrounded by violence, prostitution, poverty, hunger, poverty, inhuman conditions, prejudice , discrimination, neglect and drug use and trafficking.
Objectives Missionaries

Our goal is to accommodate 360 women with low income or social risk, contributing to the reversal of the limitation, providing a complementary educational and cultural practices, so that each one knows its potential and recognizes that education is the great bridge that leads to the rise social.
Empowering girls and women heads of households, through training courses, to have opportunities in the labor market and can therefore self-sustetarem and help maintain their families.
Rationale: The project is relevant and of great importance, because the Community Center will be a public space open to receive victims of violence of any kind evangelization, generating employment and income, and to reduce inequalities.
The Community Center offers courses and seminars on human rights, violence against women, raise self-esteem improved and she makes a person become more secure. Local people get free quality services, reducing social exclusion and inequality. The Project will benefit the community and job skills and income.
