After godfather Chiang's murder in "Young and Dangerous 3," the organization's branch chiefs travel to Thailand to lure back his brother to assume leadership. No sooner does he take charge than a branch boss is killed, leaving a fresh opening. The top candidates for promotion are the victim's henchmen and Chicken, the sidekick of Ho-nam, hero of the "Young and Dangerous" series. Brother Chiang divides the territory in two, giving each candidate a side to run during a trial period before voting in a new leader.
