Sandrine, a shrewd, successful 36-year-old business exec, who's still single and getting increasingly alarmed that her biological clock is about to stop ticking, offers a business proposal to a collegue who just lost his company to her and is in financial straits: if he agrees to marry her and father her child, she'll see to it that he can buy back his beloved family business from her.
