Revolves around Vicky, a young Viking boy who, in keeping with his none-too-fearsome name, is a rather weak and timid individual. To counter his timidity, however, Vicky is constantly coming up with cunning and ingenious ideas to help his fellow warriors out of all manner of scrapes.
