Set in a northern industrial town in England in the late 1970s, this is the story of Vince, a teenager who can't decide if he's a disco king or a punk rocker. However that's the least of his problems when he has a twisted magician as a brother, a mother absent of mothering skills and a father who may or may not have psycho-kinetic powers.
