Sarah and her boyfriend camp out in the mountains of Campuna and get attacked by a werewolf. Blamed for her boyfriend’s death, she is thrust into a woman’s prison. There, Sarah and other helpless females get abused and sold for sex by the Warden. But soon Sarah discovers she has supernatural strength. As the full moon emerges she turns into a werewolf and gets back to the abusers. The Warden decides to make money off Sarah’s affliction by putting on a show during the next full moon… but she breaks lose.
