Featuring Stax's biggest stars, this 1972 concert at the Los Angeles Coliseum was arguably more remarkable than its hippie predecessor. Isaac Hayes was at the height of Shaft glory, the Bar-Kays ignited funk dynamite and Rufus Thomas redefined crowd control. Richard Pryor's commentary ties it all together.
