Wagner (1998)

Elena is a factory worker whose dream is finally coming true: after 11 years on the waiting list, she is finally getting an apartment of her own. She goes from door to door in her new building, trying to borrow a piece of bread. Each encounter with the inhabitants is more surreal than the last, and the oppressive society turns the building into a kind of madhouse.
