Will is a pathetic struggling clown who gets no satisfaction or respect from the kiddie shows he performs. Inspired by adult want ads in the newspaper, Will decides to reinvent himself as Vulgar. a crude transvestite clown who makes surprise appearances at bachelor parties. During one such appearance, Vulgar is the victim of a sexual assault at the hands of a father and his two grown sons. As fate would have it, Will makes one final run as a kiddie clown and becomes a huge star -- only to have his dreams threatened by the skeletons in his closet.
