Housewife Chantal's life is plagued by a series of misfortunes. After her husband loses his job, her friend convinces her to visit telepathic medium Alban. Through a series of coincidences, everything Alban predicts seems to come true. Soon Chantal is paying Alban for an expensive ceremony to remove the bad spell from over her. But Alban's phony ritual unexpectedly backfires when real good fortune returns to Chantal's life.
