Maia is a gawky, plump girl with an engaging personality who's looking for direction. She's a determined individual who ends up at an advertising agency. Hardworking though she is, her creative ideas keep getting poached by colleagues when it comes to presenting them to the agency's boss. But fate looks kindly on Maia, first when she somewhat mysteriously inherits an apartment from a long-lost grandmother, then with the appearance of a fairy who's determined to help her win what she deserves in life.
