Saida is the sister of Amine, a thirteen-year-old boy who comes from a family of modest means. Saida has been raped and the shock has made her mute. Kenza, their older sister, works as a maid for a well-known lawyer, Hamid Boussif. The man is running for election, but the behavior of his son Hicham might compromise his election campaign. Kenza and Amine know that it was Hicham who raped Saida but the lawyer, who knows this as well, has threatened Kenza. Amine plots revenge.
