Ex-cop Daisuke Nango decides to start up his own trouble-shooting agency with his uncle, Akita. While the first few cases are handled awkwardly, Nango hits his stride when he is hired by a yakuza boss to investigate an assault on two local call girls. Before long, Nango finds himself immersed within the city's criminal underbelly.
