When former police officer Ray Mercer is released from prison after serving time for stealing from the police pension fund, he goes to Las Vegas to win back his wife Rebecca. Ray wins $450,000 in a casino owned by Rebecca's boyfriend, and soon after is suspected of being involved with a gang who is plotting to rob the place. While attempting to clear his name, Ray learns that the casino owner and his assistant are the architects of the crime.
