Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror." This 1922 classic of cinema based on Bram Stoker's "Dracula" (but with names changed) directed by F.W. Murnau and starring Max Schrek in one of films most famous and frightening make-up jobs.
A slacker version of Homer's epic poem "The Odyssey," set in contemporary Seattle. Small-time drug dealer Toast must journey through the sexual underworld to save his wife Penelope, a Brigitte Bardot-ish stripper, who has been abducted by a depraved bunch of madmen. Along the way he encounters a bizarre series of characters and situations: a swine worshipping S&M club, a disco-dancing old queen who ties him up and molests him, even real-life gods and goddesses who help him on his way.
