In a future Argentina, the government experiments on sections of the population by making them amnesiac. Eva is one such victim, but the scientists can see images in her memories that lead them to suspect she is the wife of an elusive terrorist. When she escapes from the facility, agent Kluge is sent to follow her. Instead he falls in love with her, but neither of them know exactly who they really are.
