The Pickles family faces the biggest adventure to happen in any household--the birth of a new baby. As Stu and Didi Pickles struggle with changes associated with the arrival of baby Dylan, big brother Tommy Pickles and his band of infant "rugrats" try to return new baby brother Dil to the "hop-sickle," deciding he demands too much attention. But they get lost in the woods, and begin an adventure in which Dil gets them into all kinds of trouble.
