Justin and Dana move to Brooklyn to make a documentary about inner city life. Dana films the inner city kids, Justin the NYPD units patrolling them. As the filmmaking progresses, emotions get in the way of Justin and Dana's objectivity. Their once ambitious idea, soon spirals out of control, with violent, irreversible results.
