Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Love the Hard Way." Oscar-winner Adrien Brody and Charlotte Ayanna star in this drama about a thief who falls for a curious, beautiful young woman. As their intimacy grows, a slick cop (Pam Greer) is closing in.
Rock star Jude is sent into rehab by his band members but escapes and ends up passed out on a Paris street. He is dicovered by model Joy, who drags him back to her apartment. She, too, has been on heroin in her attempt to get suitably emaciated. They begin a romance inside the confines of the flat, their only contact with the outside world being a pizza delivery man.
