Delmar Youngblood would love to open up a restaurant of her own, but she's already got a high-pressure job as an insurance adjuster and a young son to support. When she meets her brother's friend and lawyer Stanley, she receives an unusual proposition: if she agrees to have the baby of Stanley's boss, she will receive $25,000 in cash and Stanley will be made a partner in the law firm.
