Remake of the "Hunchback of Notre Dame," based on Victor Hugo's gothic tale of a hunchback-bellringer in medieval Paris who falls in love with a gypsy girl. The story is told from the perspective of Esmeralda, whose charms so bewitch three flawed men that they destroy one another.
