Malo, a father of three and a soon to be divorcee, comes across a lovely country house for sale while traveling with friends. He decides to look around the place, and inside, he discovers a letter written years ago by a little girl to her father. He decides to find the owners of the house: two sisters now in their 30s, who were unable to keep the home of their childhood in the family. Malo ends up falling in love with Chloe, the sister who wrote that letter. He soon learns that the house is to be sold at an auction and decides to buy it to make her dream come true.
