Set in 1997, Korean-American teenagers Pearson and Alex are the prime suspects in custody for a murder that occured at a burger restaurant in Seoul's Itaewon district. Each blames the other for the horrific crime and the pair throw contradictory evidence at investigators, creating confusion about what actually happened and leaving prosecutor Park to try to figure out the truth.
