Marsalas and a co-conspirator make plans to dispose of millions of dollars of gold stolen from their boss, sadistic African kingpin Alex Gatelee. The plans are violently discovered by Gatelee but Marsalas escapes into the hands of two LA cops, Julie Parish and Jay Handlin who must return him to Africa to stand trial as the chief state witness against Gatelee.
