After the death of his wife, a seventy-year old musician feels completely lost. First a friend of his, an incorrigible womanizer, and then his daughter try to help out by having him stay at their homes. What gives him back his taste for life, however, is Suzanne. Although she belongs to a different world and is much younger, Suzanne will be his last love.
