Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Love the Hard Way." Oscar-winner Adrien Brody and Charlotte Ayanna star in this drama about a thief who falls for a curious, beautiful young woman. As their intimacy grows, a slick cop (Pam Greer) is closing in.
A washed up porn star, Bruce, is rediscovered by an underground avant-garde filmmaker, Googie, who begins to make an experimental documentary about him. Bruce thinks that this is his big comeback, but Googie is actually only exploiting him to obtain financial backing for her pet project, "Submit To My Finger," her tribute to New York underground auteur Richard Kern.
