Sometime after the millennium, in a divided Derry ruled by the Westies and the Boilermen, both factions unite to track down a vicious child-killer. On blood-stained ground within an ancient stone circle the vigilantes execute the pedophile they take to be the child-killer. But the man is innocent, and won't stay dead. His resurrection leads to a blood bath of epic proportions.
