Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror." This 1922 classic of cinema based on Bram Stoker's "Dracula" (but with names changed) directed by F.W. Murnau and starring Max Schrek in one of films most famous and frightening make-up jobs.
Stray Man is a raging street poet who periodically disrupts karaoke sessions at the local pub to deliver his frenetic, free verse rants. Inevitably trailed by a pack of braying dogs, Stray Man rescues a young girl from the advances of a truck driver and soon she's providing musical accompaniment to his poetry. Local entrepreneur and would-be impresario Knockoff hears their musical ramblings and gets them a contract with a big music company. Disaster, of course, ensues.
