As a child David witnessed his younger brother's death in a car accident. Since then he has sought comfort in Chinese kung-fu philosophy videos called "The Higher Force." Now a grown man, David works as an enforcer in a gang of debt collecting thugs. David gets little respect from within the gang but believes fate has something greater in store for him.
