Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror." This 1922 classic of cinema based on Bram Stoker's "Dracula" (but with names changed) directed by F.W. Murnau and starring Max Schrek in one of films most famous and frightening make-up jobs.
Several European families emigrate to Argentina at the end of the nineteenth century. Roque works distributing tobacco, and resists the temptation to move into more lucrative substances. He is a widower and too faithful to his dead wife to do more than gaze wistfully at Sara, who is dying of cholera. Roque meets a ghost called Maidana, who leads him to Piera, a lonely brothel owner.
