Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Love the Hard Way." Oscar-winner Adrien Brody and Charlotte Ayanna star in this drama about a thief who falls for a curious, beautiful young woman. As their intimacy grows, a slick cop (Pam Greer) is closing in.
Sam is a lonesome twenty-something, who daydreams about women he doesn't know and spends his nights with his similarly dispositioned best friend, Jim. But when Sam meets insurance investigator Kelly, it begins to look like he might actually have a real relationship. The only barrier being that Sam has to hide Kelly from Jim, who has a habit of agressively pursuing any woman Sam shows interest in.
