After a Deputy in a small Texas town discovers a toxic waste disposal area that is responsible for the deaths of livestock and the poisoning of the water table, he comes face to face with the greedy Sheriff who wants to keep the discovery quiet for his own financial interests. Things get a little out of hand when the toxic waste begins to breed giant killer mosquitos.
