Claire, an editor at a publishing house that turns out crime thrillers with vintage pulp covers, lives in a fab duplex apartment done up in '50s pastels and curved glass bricks. On the eve of her 35th birthday she decides to invite her three suitors Sacha, Charles and Hakim and her gay friend Ruitchi over for dinner. All three suitors think they're arriving for an intamate dinner, only to learn that Claire actually wants to pick the man she'll marry.
