After the events of September 11, 2001, 11 esteemed filmmakers were asked to contribute a short film to a collection which would be screened internationally. Inspired by the events of the day, they all had complete artistic freedom, but each director was to observe a strict format, a duration of 11 minutes, nine seconds and one frame.
