Set in the 1970s, Ryan, a journalist in Ulster, Northern Ireland, becomes obsessed with tracking down a young psychopath named Victor Kelly who is a member of a gang called the Resurrection Men. Ryan and Victor become intangled in each other's lives as Victor follows his suicidal trajectory and Ryan clings to a good story.
