Quasimodo has been cursed by Cuban criminal Trouillefou at his baptism and has grown up exceptionally ugly. His parents banish him to the belltower and adopt a beautiful girl instead. Fifteen years later, the city of El Paris is being terrorized by a serial killer who attacks women, and the cop on the case suspects Quasimodo. Only Agnes, his adopted sister, will stand up for him, while discovering her own murky past to boot.
