A hallucinatory ride through Tehran by twilight. Lonely architect Ahmed listens to his answer-phone late one night. Aside from a call from his ailing poet father, he receives a random message from an unknown woman telling him she is about to commit suicide and leaving him with her address and the whereabouts of her housekeys. Intrigued, Ahmed sets off in search of the stranger, along the way encountering her supposed friend, an unnamed actress. Together the two venture into the dark city streets on a journey that sees Ahmed come face to face with his own long-buried secret as reality and fantasy become ever more blurred.
