Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror." This 1922 classic of cinema based on Bram Stoker's "Dracula" (but with names changed) directed by F.W. Murnau and starring Max Schrek in one of films most famous and frightening make-up jobs.
Four young women are old friends but increasingly move into different worlds. The first has moved to the country to be with her lover, but she loses him and has to reinvent her life. A second is an actress attempting to use her relationships to get the part she dreams of, only to be humiliated as the result of an accident. The third is a charming fantasist, the fourth a sensible doctor suddenly confronted by an apparently fatal illness that she failed to diagnose.
