Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Love the Hard Way." Oscar-winner Adrien Brody and Charlotte Ayanna star in this drama about a thief who falls for a curious, beautiful young woman. As their intimacy grows, a slick cop (Pam Greer) is closing in.
Frankie is a listless student dropout who decides to spend his summer avoiding work and doing nothing but chasing women, whilst hanging out with his misfit mates. Unfortunately for him, life is not quite as simple, as his friends and potential girlfriends confound his expectations. This gradually leads him to reassess his priorities and realise that maybe being a lad and acting laddishly is not all its cracked up to be.
