Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror." This 1922 classic of cinema based on Bram Stoker's "Dracula" (but with names changed) directed by F.W. Murnau and starring Max Schrek in one of films most famous and frightening make-up jobs.
A glimpse into the "club kid" fad that began in the late eighties and continued into the nineties--a subculture that permeated New York nightlife and was characterized by flamboyant dress, decadent behavior, and the heavy use of of all kinds of drugs. Eventually the curtain came crashing down when the scene and its "leader", club promoter Michael Alig, became embroiled in a major drug-bust operation and the murder of Angel Melendez.
