Pangarap ng Puso

On Negros Island, nearly 20 years in the lives of Nena, the daughter of a wealthy fish-farmer, and Jose, the son of casual labourers. While assassinations and political turmoil grip faraway Manila, the island is riven by terrorist actions and military reprisals. As the two of them edge past puberty and try to bridge the class gap, they remain haunted by the local mythology of jungle demons - and eventually have to confront horrors worse than their nightmares.
