Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Love the Hard Way." Oscar-winner Adrien Brody and Charlotte Ayanna star in this drama about a thief who falls for a curious, beautiful young woman. As their intimacy grows, a slick cop (Pam Greer) is closing in.
Set against a backdrop of urban chaos, Phil and Anna are struggling to maintain a trust they once had before each began to suspect the other of infidelity. Phil's best friend John is an acerbic lawyer who investigates the matter far beyond the limits of decency. Anna's brother Jeff is incensed at the notion that his sister's husband is cheating and is driven to put an end to it.
