ER nurse Yui and his live-in partner, Ching, realize that their relationship has hit the rocks. As a result, they decide to go on a European vacation to rejuvenate their romance, but Yui's car is stolen just before they set out for the airport. After a furious row, Ching storms off. Soon after, Yui finds his car, opens the trunk and finds a wounded Mainland gangster inside. Yui is then kidnapped and made to tend the injured man's wounds by gang boss Hua. Things get darker and bloodier as Yui starts to stand up to the thugs and Ching sets out to find Yui on her own.
