synopsis
Retired diplomat, Roger Chambers and police detective, Rudy Sousa, seek justice and pursue a gun runner to Moscow. The detective is wounded, and the diplomat is arrested and assigned to the Russian policeman, Vlad, for deportation, he becomes an unlikely accomplice as they exact their revenge upon international arms dealer Nikolay Klimov.
