Ming Dai Zhui Zhu

After a motorcycle accident leaves the life-line on his palm mysteriously erased, Lin Tung-ching is told by a hospital nurse that his life is no longer ruled by fate. Soon afterwards, his father is hospitalized, forcing him to take over the family pawn shop. As Tung-ching enters his new business, he encounters a variety of strange customers, people who need his help. Before long, he has embraced the new-found unpredictability of his life, forming odd relationships with his customers.
