In Miami, December of 1999, Michael Kael, a correspondent for a giant American cable news channel, is sent to Africa to cover a dance festival. Or so he thinks. He soon finds himself embroiled in plot to re-elect the President of the United States. The only problem is that he is too clueless to make foe a strategic pawn, instead he threatens to upset the entire operation.
