As the boss of an all-women night cleaning crew, Marie-Line is responsible for keeping her offices clean and her employers happy. But Marie-Line is also responsible for her crew, a group of illegal aliens and refugees who are dependant on this job for their safety and sustenance. Facing police raids, sexism, racism and other everyday indignities, Marie-Line holds her business together through pragmatism and tough resolve.
