Follows a rather cold and selfish retired high school headmaster, not eager to stay on his own after retirement. He begins to search for a woman to look after his house--and to satisfy his need for affection. With his neighbor Julien, he sets out on a search for this ideal wife, and when a 25 year-old cleaning lady turns up, recently arrived from Belarus and visibly pregnant, the old grouch finally realizes what he was looking for: love.
