In late 1970s, famed Latin-American playwright and director, Alejandro del Rey, mysteriously disappeared. Loved by his loyal followers and hated by his country's cultural establishment, del Rey went underground only to emerge twenty years later with a new play that stages the plight, passions and obsessions of a poltical artist submerged in a hostile environment.
